Tyler Union recently joined Gadsden State and fellow scholarship donors at the Gadsden State Community College’s Cardinal Foundation luncheon, celebrating all scholarship recipients. The facility has committed funds annually for the school's Tyler Union Workforce Development Scholarships and the Tyler Union Electrical Technology Scholarship.

At the luncheon, the students shared some words of thanks:
"Thank you so much for your generosity in awarding me the Tyler Union Workforce Development Scholarship. This award will help me in more ways than you know. I am the oldest of six children so money has always been tight, and this will help me further my education and grow as a machinist in order to have a better career. With this scholarship, I will be able to expand my knowledge through college courses and make a better life.
