M&H Valve District Sales Manager Drew McCullough recently received a letter from the local fire department, Caddo-Midway Fire & Rescue, in Trinity, Alabama expressing their gratitude for the cut away views of their fire hydrants that Drew had provided.  These drawings will help the firefighters better understand the drain valve section when operating the hydrant.

In their letter, the Caddo Fully Involved Continuous Improvement Team said,” Our district contains many M&H brand hydrants, so the examples you provided will match our equipment and provide a consistent training experience for our fire fighters.  Consistent training is a fundamental principle to keeping our members and community safe.”

Even more importantly they said, “Our ISO Audit is scheduled for March 19, 2015 and these training aids will help improve our score, which will help keep our community’s insurance rates lower.”

Drew and the M&H team has also offered to hold a training session later this year for the 11 fire departments in the local area.

Great job Drew going above and beyond to help out in the local community.
