A local Raleigh, North Carolina news agency, The News & Observer, recently reported on the water infrastructure problems they are currently dealing with in Raleigh.  Like so many other cities around the country, Raleigh’s underground pipe has exceeded its life expectancy and needs to be replaced.  In fact a lot of the pipe was installed prior to World War II which demonstrates the strength and durability of ductile iron pipe.

While this is a problem for Raleigh, it presents an opportunity for the McWane Ductile team.  As more and more cities address their aging water infrastructure we stand ready to provide them with the strongest and most durable option, ductile iron pipe.
