Did you know that April 27, 2016 was National Administrative Professional’s Day? Tyler Union Assistant General Manager Steve Johnson didn’t want to send flowers or cards to his staff he wanted to do something special this year.  When he heard about the Bosses Bussing Tables event, he knew that was what he wanted to do to show his appreciation to his staff.

Proceeds from this event go the Community Enabler Developer, a non-profit organization in Anniston, Alabama whose outreach program not only provides food, clothing, blankets and a multitude of necessities to Anniston’s underprivileged, but also offers after-school tutoring and classes for young parents and offers assistance with medical and utility bills when funding allows.

Steve was among 43 other “professional” servers at the event including, Anniston Mayor Vaughn Stewart, Senator Del Marsh, Congressman Mike Rogers and Judge Alice Martin.
